Application
This machine is one kind of double side rotary tablet press
machine, which can press granular materials into round shape
tablet, irregular tablet or double-side engraved tablet.
This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemistry,
foodstuff, electronic industries.
Feature
- Double press type with mass production capacity.
- Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface
of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the
turret surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP
requirements.
- Adopt transparent windows, tableting state can be observed clearly.
The windows can be opened, cleaning and maintenance is easy.
- Hydraulic overload protection device is equipped, the machine can
stop automatically in case of overpressure to protect the punch
pins from being damaged.
- Separate the control cabinet from main machine, ensure the
sanitation for production.
- Force feeder is optional on the machine.

buyer equipment layout designed according to buyer’s workshop
drawing.

After all equipment arrive at user’s factory, the packing should be
opened to check goods amount, seller
Technician will guide the installation, commissioning and trial
run. During installation and commissioning, seller is responsible
for providing relevant spare parts. Buyer is responsible for
engineer air ticket, local food and hotel.
Seller takes charge of providing technical training to buyer.
Training contents equipment structure,
Maintenance, control and operation. Buyer’s technician can master
relevant operation and maintenance skills, adjust techniques
skillfully and hands faults in time
The warranty time is 12 months since acceptance of the equipment or
15months since deliver to loading port
After warranty, seller can provide comprehensive and favorable
technology support.
Seller should use new and firm special packing cases according with
china quarantine standard,which are suitable for long distance
transportation, antirust and damp proof.
